FOR POSTER PRESENATION
While the slots for oral presentations are now filled, the Poster format offers a unique and valuable opportunity for in-depth, one-on-one discussions with experts, leading to more focused networking and potential collaborations.
Your poster must strictly adhere to the size specification: 90 cm (width) by 120 cm(height) (Portrait orientation).
FOR ORAL PRESENATION
This format provides a prominent platform to share your research and engage with the leading minds in African food safety.
Please note the time allocated for your oral presentation: you will have 8 minutes for your presentation followed by 7 minutes for questions and discussion. Please plan your slides and practice accordingly to respect your allocated time slot.
The conference will be held strictly in-person from 25th to 27th November 2025 at Ogere Resort.
All accepted presenters (oral and poster) are eligible for publication in the Conference Proceedings. Your full paper will be developed into the proceedings immediately after the conference. Please note that you must present your accepted abstract (either oral or poster) at the conference to be eligible to submit your full manuscript and have it published. The full paper (short research report) should not exceed 5 pages and must follow these formatting specifications: Times New Roman, font 12, with single linespacing.
To confirm your participation and guarantee the inclusion of your abstract in the official conference programme, urgent registration is mandatory. Only registered presenters will be included. Also, ensure you attend to all comments on the improvement of the abstract and paper for submission immediately if there are.
